The 30-day window starts when your treats arrive. If a friend or neighbor accepts the delivery for you, the clock starts then! We want to ensure every pet parent is completely satisfied.

To activate your Happiness Guarantee, just send us a quick note sharing what didn't work for your pup.

We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the return. We’ll use your original payment method, and there are never any hidden restocking fees. We’re here to help you and your dog stay happy!

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure these simple conditions are met:

• Order was made in the last 30 days

• Treats are in their original bag

Exceptions to our policy:

• Customized treat boxes or highly personalized items.

• Perishable goods that expire quickly or are past their best-by date.

• Bags that have been unsealed, due to safety, health, and hygiene reasons.

• Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these safety standards to protect the wellness of our pet community.

We recommend trackable shipping. We can't guarantee a refund until we see the product or proof of delivery. We want to ensure everything is handled with care for your peace of mind and your pet's happiness.

Gifts

Received Nutritin as a gift? We’ll send you a digital gift certificate for the value of your return once we receive the treats. It's our way of keeping the generosity and the joy going!

If the order wasn't marked as a gift or the giver received it themselves first, the refund will go back to the original buyer. Spread the love and wellness!
